Salad Maison (140 calories, 9 g fat)

This salad proves that greens can be a real star of your meal.  These field greens are tossed with candied orange peel, toasted hazelnuts, roasted tomato, and Maytag Blue Cheese for a perfectly balanced mix of sweet, salty, crisp and creamy.  To make this a Healthy Dining choice, request the cider-dijon vinaigrette dressing on the side and add sparingly.  Each Tbsp will add 80 calories, 8 g fat and 115 mg sodium).  Also request less cheese (0.25 oz) and less hazelnuts (1½ Tbsp).
