If you haven’t heard, participating Healthy Dining restaurant Seasons 52 Fresh Grill recently added a few more savory selections and sweet touches to their menu. What a treat to be invited to Seasons 52 for a “sneak preview” of some of their new menu offerings. My husband and I got to choose from four flat breads (Blackened Steak & Blue Cheese was the “winner” – and 24 hours later, he is still talking about how flavorful it was)! And then for the really fun part….an opportunity to partake from – count them – 10 of Seasons 52’s “signature mini indulgences.” For someone like me with a sweet tooth, a dream come true! And how could we not taste all ten? One was better than the next, but our favorites ended up being the Pecan Pie with Vanilla Bean Mousse, the Blueberries with Lemon Curd, and the Butterscotch Budino with Salted Caramel. Calorie counts for each of the indulgences average around 300 – 350. Not bad for a little bit of heaven! If you’re up for a fabulous dining experience that is equal parts delicious and healthful, head to the closest Seasons 52.
