We really have a love-hate relationship with calories, don’t we?  We love to consume them, but we’ve been bombarded from an early age by the idea that they should be feared and hated for what they can do to our bodies.  Enough already!  We’re tired of looking at calories, our source of energy, as the bad guy.  It’s time to get more familiar with how much is too much and take control of our choices – the good ones and the not so good ones – when we eat.
